WHAT OILS CAN I USE IN THE DIFFUSER?
Our electric diffusers are designed to be used only with Fallow & Fox
fragrance oils or essential oils. Using other oils may cause damage.

ARE YOUR FRAGRANCE OILS SAFE TO USE IN A HOME ENVIRONMENT?
Yes! All of our fragrance oils are carefully selected and
tested to ensure they are safe for your home. They are phthalate free, paraben
free and IFRA certified giving you peace of mind that they meet the highest
safety standards while still delivering a luxurious scent experience.
ARE REFILLS INLUDED WITH THE DIFFUSER?
No, refills are sold separately. Each diffuser purchase does
not include fragrance oils unless stated in a special offer.
IS THE DIFFUSER SAFE TO USE AROUND CHILDREN AND PETS?
Yes! Unlike candles or reed diffusers, it has no open flame,
no heat, or water to spill. We do however, recommend keeping the unit and
refills out of reach of little hands to ensure safety.
HOW BIG OF A ROOM WILL THE DIFFUSER SCENT?
Our Electric Diffuser is best suited for small to medium rooms (around
15-35m2) such as bedrooms, offices, and living spaces. On higher mist modes,
the fragrance can travel further, though coverage will vary depending on room
layout, ceiling height, and airflow.
HOW DO I REFILL MY DIFFUSER?
Refilling your diffuser is simple. Each unit comes with a 15ml glass bottle.
When empty, remove the bottle and carefully refill using one of our 30ml refill
bottles (sold separately). Once filled, secure the atomiser head, place it back
into your diffuser and you're ready to enjoy your favourite fragrance again
Tip: each 30ml refill will top up your diffuser twice, giving you
long-lasting fragrance without the fuss.
HOW LONG DOES A REFILL LAST?
A 30ml refill can provide up to 240+ hours of fragrance depending on the
mist mode selected.
HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST?
For safety reasons, the diffuser automatically switches off after 3 hours of
continuous use. On the lowest mist mode, a full charge provides up to 24 hours
of total run time.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN IT'S FULLY CHARGED?
Red light = charging
Green light = fully charged.
A full charge takes around 4 hours.
WHAT MIST MODES ARE THERE AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our electric diffusers have three customisable mist modes so you can control
the fragrance intensity.
Mode 1: Mist for 5s, off for 150s
Mode 2: Mist for 10s, off for 120s
Mode 3: Mist for 10s, off for 60s
This allows you to tailor your fragrance experience to your space, mood and
lifestyle.
IS THE DIFFUSER SAFE TO LEAVE UNATTENDED?
Yes, it is safe to leave unattended (must be kept out of reach of children
and pets). The diffuser does not use heat or water and has an automatic shut
off after 3 hours for peace of mind.
IS THE DIFFUSER SPILL PROOF?
It is spill-resistant but must remain upright. If left on it's side for
extended periods it may leak.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF IT STOPS PRODUCING MIST?
- check that the atomiser head isn't blocked
- ensure the tube is securely fitted
- ensure there is liquid in the glass bottle

HOW LOUD IS THE DIFFUSER?
The diffuser makes a very soft operating sound around 40 decibels, similar
to a quiet fridge hum, only when dispersing the scent.
WHAT TYPE OF CHARGER SHOULD I USE?
Please use only a 5V 2A USB charger. Do not use a quick charger or
fast-charging adapters as they may damage the diffuser.
